Carleton Sheets
- One of the best ways to get started investing in real estate is to go
through the self-study Carleton Sheets course. The course was
recently updated so it's more applicable now than ever. It covers 12
audio CDs, videos, a 500 page course, and includes real estate forms and
guides that will help you get started. This is the course I used to
buy my first property! |
Foreclosure Net
- A site that lists over 25,000 foreclosure listings, that you can search
to help you find an investment property. The subscription price is
$25 per month but the 7 day trial is free. |
RealtyTrac
- This website is a subscription service to find
information on distressed or foreclosed properties. It costs about
$20 per month, but you can see if it is worth it before you pay by looking
at the number of properties listed in the area you are interested.
To do so, just type in the zip code or click on the state you are
interested in. |
Bargain.com
- This subscription service allows you to search for discounted property
values throughout the United States. I checked some of the areas
available and there were lots of listings. If interested, they offer
a 30 day free trial. |
AllHud Foreclosures - Buy
property foreclosures and save. This site has 1000's of properties that are
updated daily online. |
MoveOut.com
- Find moving boxes, packing supplies and other moving resources. |
